Abortion is legal and protected in Michigan, with no state-level bans based on gestational duration. Following a 2022 voter-approved constitutional amendment and subsequent legal rulings, the state has removed restrictions like 24-hour waiting periods. Parental consent is required for minors under 18, though a judicial bypass is available. Contact Marquette Medical Urgent Care for details (906)239-5055.
